Hi,
I enjoyed the message about the family of Yeshua. I liked the way they kept themselves pure and righteous and held apart in Twigville. I am still having a problem with the idea of the children being like their parents Mary and Elizabeth because they had righteous parents they stayed righteous. I had parents that aren't much to write home about and I turned out ok. I just wonder about the importance put on family backround. I have proven you can overcome many obstacles of family influence. Granted you have to go through hell and back to turn out different. I have also seen righteous parents and the kid turned out troubled and living in rebellion. I just wonder if I missed the message somehow.

Hi Kim, Thanks for this and all of your comments. I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel you got as good a start in your family as you would have liked, but I'm glad with you that you have a heart seeking after God. You prove that it is possible for any person, regardless of background to respond to our Father's love. The purpose of the program is not to say that folks with a less than perfect start can't become righteous people - that's just not true. As you say though "you have to go through hell and back to turn out different." Surely, that He is important enough for you to make those changes is of great value to Him. So what am I saying about Yeshua's family? I'm saying that because of the wonderful way that Yah designed Hebraic society and families Yochanan and Yeshua didn't have to go through a long struggle just to figure out what the truth was and what their place was in it. That truth was already preserved within the family and they were each raised in it - each of them being prepared in their childhood for the special calling unique to their own lives. While many of us may not have had that situation it is good for us to know that Yah designed family life and righteous society to work that way. Surely, He is good and all of His ways are perfect.

Thank you for the reply, that makes a lot of sense. I may have been going through the messages a little fast and became overwhelmed, I have since listened to it again and have found what you say to be true. Thanks again, sorry it sounded so negative, I just missed the mark.

  Shalom Kim, I really didn't find your first impression of the program to be negative. It was a perfectly fine comment that gave us a chance to clarify the point of the program for everyone. I think you make a good point here that others might benefit form about listening a second time. It is possible to go a little too fast through the programs and a second listen sometimes really helps to improve clarity of understanding. Thanks for the tip!

I really enjoy learning about His family too.   Sets a good example for families today.   Except today it's hard to find this.

but the children still can turn to Him and walk His road of rightousness with His help ofcourse through our faith in Yeshua
