Shalom Tsiyon and everyone

This discussion is very enlightening and for sure there is much I dont know regarding the end days, but I will say that what I do understand and it makes sense for a abomination to happen something must be HOLY for it to be desecrated. I will refer back to the temple from Ezekiel 41 which can be found worded very similarly in Revelations 21, i.e the measuring rod being used. Now if the temple spoken of is a future one in Ezekiel and HaShem is instructing him in how it will be a future one built then it wouldnt make it a unholy place, the same pattern for the one built by Solomon. Also there were other Old Testament prophets who mention a temple, calling it a "house of G-d" as the one in Exodus as being where HaShems Glory dwelt. (Hab 2:7 "...and I will fill this house with glory,' says Adonai Tzva'ot & Hag 2:9  'The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,' says Adonai Tzva'ot, 'and in this place I will give peace,' declares Adonai Tzva'ot."). Its all a pattern and repeated throughout  the Old Testament. Prophets such as Joel, daniel, Isaiah, & Zechariah  refer to a House of the L-rd. Before I close this post I also read of the line of Phinehas who is of the line of Aaron (Numbers 25:13) is said will forever have the covenant of peace, and the sons of Zadok was promised to them a "enduring house" (1 Samuel 2:3). These are Words of the Most High speaking for they are good and true! My stance is that there will be a temple raised up where the sons of Zadok will one day operate the same as in the temples before and the day will come where the Anti Messiah will desocrate it (Matthew 24:15). According to His eternal plan for our future as believers in Yeshua there will be a Temple and it will operate by those G-d has said to have "an enduring house." I hope I havent confused my wording in what I was trying to say.

Shalom!
Animal sacrifice was first  instituted from the foundation of the world!
Rev 13:8, "Lamb slain from the foundation of the world."

Levitical priesthood, and Melech Tzedek Priesthood is clearly not the same-one offered sacrifices of animals which can never take away sins, Heb 10: 11, but is a pattern;
the other offered Himself,  Heb 7: 27, once and for all redeemed mankind of all sins forever, Heb 10: 12;
a TRUE High Priest seated on the right hand of the Majesty in the heavens, Heb 8:1 & 2,
a Minister of the holy things and of the TRUE tabernacle which YAHWEH pitched, and not of man.

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the Holiest by the Blood of Yahshuah, by a NEW and LIVING way, which HE has made NEW for us through the veil, that is to say, His FLESH. And an High Priest over the HOUSE of Elohim.-Heb 10:19.

This is the NEW and LIVING Temple! The Old Temple (a grand building, no doubt) has three sections-The Outer Court, The Holy Place, and the Holy of Holies.

In the New Temple, these would have been done away with :-

1. the Outer Court, animal sacrifices that cannot take away, redeem nor cleanse us of our  sins; as Yahshuah the Lamb has been offered and accepted by YAHWEH the Father.

2. the Holy Place reveals the Presence of Ruach HaKodesh in the follower's life, symbolised by the oil of the Menorrah representing the anointing, and the baptism of fire that sets us apart, refines, and ensures we bear fruit that HE will find in our lives upon His return, to qualify us for glorification of our bodies to rise up to meet Him in the air. 1 Cor 15:50, 51.

3. The Holy of Holies, once was entered by the Levitical High Priest only once a year,  has been open wide, the veil torn by THE Great High Priest Yahshuah offering His own Blood, that all who desire holiness may boldly enter in, having been washed in the Blood of The sacrificial Lamb of YAHWEH!

A 'temple' of deception is under planning involving innocent folks who are sincere, hoping to bring back a place of worship, or glory to the Elohim of Yisrael, but it will clearly bring desolation and grief instead. The battle is on for Yerusalem, the place of the Temple Mount.

("Thus, you see clearly the plan to reduce the Dome of the Rock to rubble so Solomon's Temple can be rebuilt; further, Lemesurier ties this destruction of the Dome of the Rock to the appearance of the "New David", the New Age 'Messiah' -- the Masonic 'Messiah' actually, whom the Bible calls Antichrist.
Adding to the declaration of the fervency of this "secret intention to build yet another temple at Jerusalem", we read:
"Perhaps Masonic interest also increased from a more or less incidental notice of the Temple to a final preoccupation with it as a symbol of spiritual man." [Masonic Holy Bible, Temple Illustrated Edition, 1968, P. 29]
To Reiterate: Masons are "preoccupied" with King Solomon's Temple.")

The New Temple is a LIVING one, comprising of living stones, each one cut, perfected through trials and tribulations of faith to fit into the various functions of the Body of Messiah, echad, joined to Yahshuah, the Chief Cornerstone, and the TRUE HEAD of the Temple!
A glorious spiritual temple whose glory outshines the glory of the former temple made by man/ King Shlomo!

"...our Yahshuah Adonai that Great Shepherd of the sheep, through the Blood of the everlasting Covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His good will, working in you that which is well-pleasing in His sight, through Yahshuah Messiah to whom be glory forever and ever."  Amein! Heb 13: 20, 21.
