Shalom EAE,
You are right; my choice of salad with cheese is not part of the Raw Salad diet, just a side comment.
It is the usual fresh salad that I like, with lots of olives. But that's outside of this topic expressed in the video
meant for diabetes.
Yes, some of the beans need to be cooked like the ones listed in my reply; some need not- e.g . mugbeans, beansprouts,
broadbeans, long beans.
Pine-nuts lightly roasted in a pan adds extra flavour to fresh salads. I enjoy raw almonds and pistachios too.
I would say, we are different one from another, under environmental, physical and emotional influences at the time
of conception and growing up process?
Some would have better tolerance than others for certain foods; as taste, or preference for certain flavours would affect
a person's health and immunity.
There would be so many other factors concerned, such as air pollution, sprays, toxic chemicals in water, food produce, to name a few,
that would affect our health as well.
If the Raw Salad is kept with a balanced healthy diet, on a regular basis, after the 30days, I am pretty sure, the diabetes would be gone.
Folks are reminded they need to eat wisely and be responsible for self- control on a long- term basis.
Constant consumption of refined white bread and over-processed foods, are some of the causes of diabetes.
Appreciate your interesting feedback! Looking forward to hearing more from you; and to hear more about your book-Meat of The Word!
Blessings to your new redesigned website.
