Remember the days when folks used to live off-grid without electricity?  Live in the Hurricane zone (like we do) or have other weather hazards in your region that can take your power off for days?  Want to study your Scriptures or find your way in the dark without electric?  Want to know this technique for "just in case" in the days ahead?

Check out the Instructibles web site (it is a collection of video tips made by real life people) to find out how to make all different types of oil lamps--from using a glass oil purchased bottle--to using the food-storage tuna in oil can for the oil lamp--then opening it for the cat or food later without having to drain it.

Here is a link to that project and you can do a search on "Oil Lamps" for the other projects.

Sing and rejoice, daughter of Tsiyon; for, behold, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of you,' says YHWH.  (Zechariah 2:10)
