Welcome to the Tsiyon Messianic Community

the Messiah leads The Way! If you've heard our radio
programs you know that Tsiyon Radio is about following Him. Our
weekly Radio program "On the Road to Tsiyon with Eliyahu ben David"
unfolds a deeper revelation with each program of just Who Yeshua is and
what is involved in following Him to Tsiyon (Zion). We are
presenting a fresh Messianic paradigm that is true to Scripture and is
informed by the unique insights preserved within the House of David.
The time has come to share this insightful message with all those who
will be blessed by it.
We began our current satellite radio broadcast to all of North
America the first week in January 2006 and have been broadcasting weekly
ever since. In May of 2006 we expanded our broadcast area
significantly when we were kindly invited by IFBN, a Messianic station
in Israel, to air our program weekly on their satellite and internet
radio station. This has brought many new listeners to us from
Israel and the Middle East generally, as well as Europe, Asia, and
Africa. Since then we have also gone on shortwave with World Harvest Radio and have also begun to air on local am and fm stations. Today people anywhere in the world with an internet connection can hear
our program streamed from our website at
www.tsiyon.org or from IFBN at
http://inspiredfaith.org or from our website archive or podcasts. We are excited
to serve all of you as our audience continues to expand.
Now, we are adding this community website to serve our listening
audience better. Let me tell you exactly what we hope to achieve
with this online Messianic community and how you can be involved.
Our Purpose:
We want to help other followers of Yeshua (known to many as "Jesus") to
follow Him as He truly was and is - apart from all the trappings and traditions
of Greco-Ramanism and gnostic beliefs that have diluted and even distorted the
popular concepts of many.
We want others to join us on a journey with Him to know Him better as a real
Person and to follow Him more closely to the destination He has in mind.
I'm not talking about "heaven" here - I am talking about our walk with Him right
here on this earth. This destination is summed up in the name of our radio
program "On the Road to Tsiyon." Tsiyon is a "place" we can go to
together!
The destination is important but how we get there is even more important.
This is summed up in the phrase "The Way of Yeshua the Nazarean." The Way
is the way that He walked and taught. Those who are committed to walk The
Way are His Talmidim (disciples). We are happy to share our radio message
with whomever may be blessed by it, but what we most want is to find those
listeners who are or want to be His Talmidim so we can all walk The Way
together!
Our Offer:
All of the above is to say we are offering a Messianic community that is
also a "school" in The Way of Yeshua the Nazarean.
You can participate at a level that is right for you. These include Guest
Level, Listener Level and Talmidim Level.
Guest Level means you can look around all public areas of our site without
registration.
Listener Level is for anyone who chooses to register so they can look around
more, obtain resources, and participate at an introductory level. Our
introductory Listener membership is free and involves no other obligation then
that you follow the community rules while participating at our website. It
is a way for you to easily investigate what we are all about.
Talmidim Level is for those who are serious about being Talmidim and walking
the Way of Yeshua the Nazarean with us. This is free but involves a
commitment to listen to each of our radio programs in order and then
progressively discuss each one that you listen to in our forum. The
programs progressively build upon one another and in time will give you a
complete Messianic education. As you progress you may also participate in Bible
study using our books and other resources and may be involved in various
functions, events and opportunities as they are made available.
In time Talmidim who progress to the point of service within the community
will advance into leadership within the community, with opportunities to
moderate various subjects and groups and otherwise use what they have learned to
bless others.
Followers of Yeshua may participate in this community while also worshipping
in their local Body. Those who have no local Body to fellowship with are
invited to fellowship here also. In fact, participation here may provide
you with resources you need to get a Messianic fellowship started in your area.
Tsiyon Messianic Community Membership is free at all levels. Resources
are provided free and/or at very modest cost to aid you in your walk.
Freewill contributions to help us with overhead and expansion of this mission
are gratefully accepted from those who receive a spiritual blessing from this
ministry.
Our Community Mindset:
This Tsiyon Messianic Community is about following Messiah and as such must
be a positive environment for growth.
It is up to all of us to treat one another with respect, dignity and grace
as we ourselves each want to be treated.
We are not opposed to debate in general and sometimes enjoy some of the many
places on the internet devoted to debate. If you are looking for a place to
debate go to one of those places, since debate is not our purpose here.
That is not to say questions will not be entertained. Questions are
vital to learning and will be gladly and thoroughly answered. However, the
atmosphere we are looking for here is one of fellowship and learning - not
fights and arguments. If you're good with that and share our objectives
then come and join us!
